Wire is better. You need some crimping beads, claps, I don't know what type they are but, pliers, and then a small wire cutter. Oh yes, if you plan on doing earrings, you need the wire part which they dangle on, and the earring itself.

Hey! I'm from the UK and want to learn how to make jewelry and start making bulk jewellery, I obviously need to get bulk chains and bracelets and earrings (plain ones so I can add my designs) but where do I get these from??

I have been making jewellry for about 3 yrs now and i love it . I have a little mini factory in one of my rooms. It is great and help me for a hobbie and for extra income.
